About the class

Italian cuisine, the meat version

Italian food is the Israelis' favourite, and in this class we get to know the meat versions of the familiar dishes. We make fresh handmade pasta, ravioli and gnocchi starting from the dough, pair them with matching meat sauces, and go on to saltimbocca, a slow-cooked Tuscan-style chicken casserole, and a hot chocolate fondant for dessert.

The class is hands-on, and the participants prepare most of the dishes themselves. At the end we sit down together to a full meal of everything that was made.

Good to know: This is a meat class, with no cheese, butter or cream. Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you register.

Language: Our classes are taught in Hebrew. You can get the recipes in English — and also in French, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Arabic — and the chef will also answer individual questions in English.
