What happens after you buy

The gift card is valid for a long time, and classes are booked from our class schedule.

About gift cards

How long is the gift card valid?

Five years from the date of purchase. A gift card for a class on a specific date is meant for that date, but the date can be changed, as long as we are told at least 72 hours before the class.

Will the recipient see how much I paid?

No — except on a money card, where the amount is the gift and so it is shown. On the other gift cards the recipient sees the greeting and what the card gives, with no price and no payment details.

How is the gift card used?

The recipient picks a date in the class schedule and registers directly on the site, or with our customer service, by phone or WhatsApp. The instructions and redemption details also appear on the back of the gift card.

What if the recipient wants a different class?

Contact the studio's customer service to exchange the gift card. For a card at the same price there is no charge; for a card at a different price, the difference is paid.

Can I buy a large number for employees?

Yes. We recommend contacting the studio's customer service, by phone or WhatsApp, to arrange a large gift card order.

Is the class itself in English?

Our classes are taught in Hebrew. You can get the recipes in English — and also in French, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Arabic — and the chef will also answer individual questions in English.
