Terms
Booking and cancellation terms — a summary
This page summarises the main terms in English. The full and binding terms are the Hebrew ones, linked at the bottom of the page.
Classes open to the public
- You can cancel or change the date up to 72 hours before the class, by phone or in writing, at no cost.
- When cancelling in time you can choose between a refund, moving to another class, subject to availability, or converting the booking into a gift card.
- With less than 72 hours to go there is a reduced cancellation fee of ₪100 per participant. The same amount applies to a participant who does not show up without notice.
- Someone else can come in your place, at no cost.
- On rare occasions the studio may have to cancel a class. In that case we give notice up to 48 hours before the class, and you get the same choice: a refund, another date or a gift card.
- Registration is from the age of 15. Younger participants may join some classes together with an adult, by prior arrangement.
Gift cards
- A gift card is valid for five years from the date of purchase.
- A gift card can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, with no cancellation fee, as long as it has not been used to book a class.
- A gift card for a class on a specific date can be moved to another date, with at least 72 hours' notice before the class.
- A gift card can be exchanged for a different class through customer service: at no cost for the same price, or by paying the difference.
Private events
- Cancellation terms for a private event are set out in the quote, according to the size of the event and its date, before you confirm.
