The familiar, well-loved restaurant desserts, in individual portions just like at a restaurant: crumb cheesecake, Belgian chocolate mousse, vanilla panna cotta, apple tart and mascarpone cream.
The dessert that arrives on a plate, not in a baking tin
We make the desserts in individual portions, just like at a restaurant: a classic crumb cheesecake, Belgian chocolate mousse with salted peanuts, vanilla panna cotta in berry sauce with roasted nuts and almonds, an apple tart on shortcrust pastry, and mascarpone cream with white chocolate and coffee ganache. Some of the dishes involve baking, and others are made with different techniques.
The class is hands-on, and the participants prepare most of the dishes themselves. At the end we sit down together to a full meal of everything that was made.
Good to know: This is a dairy class. The panna cotta contains gelatin made from fish. Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you register.
Language: Our classes are taught in Hebrew. You can get the recipes in English — and also in French, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Arabic — and the chef will also answer individual questions in English.
