French-Italian Gourmet Class
Where French cuisine meets Italian: handmade pasta, Parisian gnocchi, cheese soufflé and baked salmon.

Two culinary capitals, one plate
A class of specials, based on the best dairy dishes of the French and Italian kitchens. We learn the working methods typical of both cuisines, and most of the dishes combine approaches shared by France and Italy.
The class is hands-on, and the participants prepare most of the dishes themselves. At the end we sit down together to a full meal of everything that was made.
Good to know: This is a dairy class with no meat. Two of the dishes contain fish, and the arancini can be requested without fish, by prior arrangement. Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you register.
Language: Our classes are taught in Hebrew. You can get the recipes in English — and also in French, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Arabic — and the chef will also answer individual questions in English.
